1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use the L3dgr app, made by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What L3dgr is

L3dgr helps you record and review your own expenses, savings and goals. The figures it shows come from what you enter. It does not provide financial, tax, investment or legal advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make with it.

3. Your data and backups

Your data is stored on your device, not with us (see the Privacy Policy). Uninstalling the app, using Erase all data, or losing or resetting your phone can delete it, and we can't recover it. Export a backup regularly if you want to keep your data safe.

4. Plans and payments

• Free is free to use, with no ads.
• Plus and Pro are subscriptions sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly to your Google account at the price shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions); you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. You can also contact us and we'll help where we can.
• If a price changes, Google Play will tell you in advance, as its rules require.
• Features marked "Coming soon" are plans, not promises of a date.
• To restore a purchase on a new device, use the same Google account.

5. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use L3dgr on your own devices. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app, try to get around its plan features, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

6. Ownership

The app, its design, its pictures and backgrounds belong to us. Your data belongs to you.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without owing you anything.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the app. If we ever stop offering a paid plan, we'll stop renewals and tell you in the app.

9. Disclaimer

L3dgr is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and reliable but can't promise it will be error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for L3dgr in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

11. Ending

You can stop using L3dgr at any time by uninstalling it (cancel any subscription in Google Play first). We may end your access if you break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
